Our methodology

Understand performance. Develop new business possibilities.

Kronos Experience is a Brazilian business strategy and intelligence consultancy. Its methodology combines market analysis and sales execution with knowledge of customers, products, data and technology.

Our work identifies what affects acquisition, contract signing and the continuity of customer relationships. It also evaluates opportunities to develop offerings, make better use of the customer base and create new revenue streams.

Assessment, strategic direction, implementation and monitoring are scaled to each organization's objectives, maturity and available investment.

Our analysis connects the market with the customer experience.

Market · Acquisition · Sales

To improve acquisition, Kronos considers how your organization is found, understood and compared, which audiences it attracts and how negotiations unfold. The analysis includes positioning, communication, paid media, digital authority and sales execution.

Customers · Product · Experience

Understanding existing customers adds another perspective: which needs the product meets, how it is used, what supports retention and which demands could lead to new offerings.

This information guides the project. Customer behavior helps refine acquisition. Sales conversations inform product development. The usage experience helps reassess promises, pricing and customer relationships.

01

01. Assessment

Explain results and identify opportunities.

Kronos brings together research, interviews with leaders and teams, sales information and customer data to understand businesses and their market conditions.

The analysis examines how the organization positions itself, communicates its offering, attracts an audience and moves opportunities through to signed contracts. It also considers purchases, product usage, customer service, satisfaction and renewal.

Connecting this information helps explain performance and uncover possibilities: audiences that generate higher returns, offerings that need review, repeat purchase opportunities and applications for data and technology.

Findings are discussed with teams, incorporating the knowledge of those involved in day-to-day operations.

What you receive:an assessment identifying the factors behind performance, opportunities and hypotheses that need validation, accompanied by a presentation and discussion of the analyses.

02

02. Strategic direction

Choose where to invest and what to develop.

Kronos evaluates alternatives based on demand, expected returns, customer experience and execution capacity.

Planning may cover positioning, digital authority, paid media, customer relationships and sales organization. It may also include customer base segmentation, portfolio and pricing reviews, personalization, data products and artificial intelligence applications.

Each proposal explains its contribution to the project. An acquisition initiative considers the profile of customers who stay. A new offering addresses who will buy it, how it will be sold and what delivery requires.

Leaders and teams participate in the evaluation to agree on objectives, responsibilities and the sequence of work.

What you receive:a plan outlining areas of focus, deliverables, accountable owners, investment estimates and metrics for evaluating results.

03

03. Implementation

Develop deliverables and put them into practice.

Guide teams and manage implementation of the plan.

Kronos manages implementation, guides professionals and trains teams according to the contracted scope. Execution remains the responsibility of the organization and its suppliers.

The work includes detailing the plan for those responsible, clarifying objectives, organizing the sequence of activities and tracking deadlines and deliverables. Kronos also evaluates work in progress and recommends adjustments to keep execution aligned with the agreed direction.

Working sessions and training help professionals apply recommendations in their daily activities. Implementation management brings the relevant departments together, resolves questions and tracks dependencies between deliverables.

What you receive:implementation management, technical and strategic guidance, training and deliverable reviews, according to the scope, with documented responsibilities and next steps.

04

04. Monitoring

Measure returns and refine execution.

Kronos tracks results against the baseline and agreed objectives.

For acquisition and sales, this may involve customer acquisition cost, conversion, sales cycle length and sales predictability. For the customer base and products, it may include usage frequency, cancellations, renewals, repeat purchases and contract expansion.

The evaluation considers financial impact and customer experience. The objective is to understand which initiatives generate returns, where execution needs adjustment and which opportunities justify further investment.

What you receive:performance analyses, recommended adjustments and updates to the plan, at the frequency established for the project.

An experience tailored to your challenge.

The scope may include an assessment, planning with implementation or monitoring of ongoing initiatives. The depth of each stage reflects the organization's objectives and the work it has already completed.

The proposal sets out deliverables, timelines, investment and the responsibilities of Kronos, your teams and the partners involved. This gives you a clear understanding of the engagement's scope and the participation required to execute the project.

Knowledge that stays with your organization.

Kronos trains and equips leaders and teams to apply the knowledge developed during the project. This knowledge transfer combines guidance, exercises based on situations from your own organization and supporting materials for use on the job.

The work also includes explaining the purpose of recommendations, discussing their application across departments and encouraging adoption of the proposed practices. Professionals understand what needs to be done, why it matters and how to evaluate results.

The objective is to embed this knowledge in the organization's daily operations, preparing teams to lead initiatives, train other professionals and continue the work independently.
